Eligibility

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be a citizen of an African country committed to community service and ethical leadership.
  2. Be aged between 18 and 33 by the application deadline (June 1, 2025 for certificate track).
  3. Hold an undergraduate degree conferred by July 2025, with no prior graduate degrees started before August 2025.
  4. Demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and ambition that exceeds financial resources.
