Job Overview

• Pay: ₦130,000 – ₦220,000 per month
• Job Type: Full-time, Remote
• Hours: 8AM to 5PM WAT, Monday through Saturday (with a one-hour flexible break)

Lil Assistance—a virtual assistant company helping small businesses and solo entrepreneurs to increase their online presence. From managing admin tasks to building websites and whipping up sleek designs, we’re all about making our clients’ lives easier.

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Web and Graphic Designer who knows their way around front-end development. You’ll be the digital architect behind beautifully responsive websites, branding elements, and online content that makes our clients go, “Wow!” This isn’t just another gig. It’s a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with a team that values creativity, technical skill, and getting things done right.

Responsibilities:

Here are the kinds of jobs we’re expecting from you:

• Build Stunning Websites: Using WordPress and Divi, you’ll design responsive, user-friendly sites that look great on any device.
• Create Digital Assets: From banners to social media graphics and everything in between—you’ll bring brands to life visually.
• Front-End Development: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
• Maintain & Update Websites: Security, Performance, and SEO.
• Collaborate with the Team: We’re big on teamwork. You’ll help build a shared library of design resources.
• Work with Clients: Directly connect with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life.

Qualifications:

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Solid Portfolio: Show us websites and designs you’ve created, especially using WordPress and Divi.
• Tech Know-How: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design best practices.
• Good Communication: You’ll be dealing with clients. Clear, friendly communication is a must.
• Reliable Setup: Strong internet and a good laptop are non-negotiables.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Skills in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or even AI design tools
• Experience with WooCommerce and running an online store
• Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and modern web standards
• Past work with startups or small business clients
